At Magic Home, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and related procedures.
Order Processing
- In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock are typically processed within 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Business Days: Our working days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- High Volume Periods: During peak times, processing may take longer. If a delay occurs, we will inform you via email.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Fees: Standard shipping is free for all orders.
- Delivery Methods: Orders are shipped using FedEx or UPS, depending on the destination and the size of the package.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- Restrictions: We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. Territories. We do not deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Details: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Customer Responsibility: Any customs duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer. Magic Home is not liable for additional charges incurred during or after shipping.
Damaged Items
During Transit: Magic Home cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photographs of the damage.
- Keep all original packaging.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Notify our customer service team at info@magichome.com for further assistance.
Incorrect Addresses and Refused Deliveries
- Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If we cannot verify an address, we will attempt to contact you. Orders may be canceled and refunded if a valid address cannot be obtained.
- Customer Responsibility: Magic Home is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Returned packages may incur additional shipping charges.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
Missing Orders: If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact us immediately at info@magichome.com.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate, which may include involving local authorities.
- Depending on the outcome, we may issue a replacement or refund. Investigations can take up to 21 days.
