1. Returns and Exchanges

- Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
2. Eligible Items for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unassembled
- In their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging
- In a resalable condition (no scratches, stains, or signs of wear)
Items that don't meet these requirements may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom-built, made-to-order, or personalized products
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified
- Products missing original packaging or components
- Items with damage, wear, or alterations that affect resale
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing usually takes up to 5 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated
5. Return Shipping
- Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Magic Home is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

- Explain the reason for the return and attach clear photos of the item
We will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps, including return shipping information.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
- Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
- Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
8. Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees
If returns do not fully meet eligibility requirements—such as missing parts, visible wear, or improper packaging—you may receive:
- A partial refund, or
- A restocking fee up to 25%
We will always notify you of any applicable fees before processing your refund.
9. Final Sale Items
- Items labeled as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
10. Refund Timeline
- Once we receive your return, it may take up to 7 business days to inspect and process your refund.
- You will receive a notification once your refund has been completed.
