Magic Home Warranty Policy
At Magic Home, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture. To ensure your confidence in our products, we provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all new purchases, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date.
If a defect arises due to manufacturing within the first year, we will repair or replace the affected item at no cost. Please note, this warranty applies only to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.
Coverage
Our warranty protects against:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or construction
- Structural issues not resulting from misuse or accidents
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear or aging of the furniture
- Damage caused by spills, pets, accidents, or improper use
- Comfort or preference issues, such as cushion firmness or seat depth
- Changes in cushion shape or softness from regular use
- Fabric, leather, or upholstery fading, pilling, or discoloration
- Wood damage from moisture, heat, or mishandling
- Furniture altered or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Items sold as “as-is,” floor models, or pre-owned
- Components not manufactured or sold by Magic Home
Important Details
- Warranty claims must follow our care and maintenance instructions
- If only one piece in a set is defective, only that piece will be replaced
- Custom or modified orders may be subject to different terms
- Magic Home is not liable for indirect or incidental losses, such as inconvenience or lost time
- Replacement parts are covered for the remaining original warranty period or six months—whichever is longer
Filing a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, contact our Customer Support at info@magichome.com, providing your order number, a description of the problem, and photos showing the issue.
Legal Notice
Where permitted by law, any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, are limited to the one-year duration of this warranty.
