Most orders are delivered within 3-8 days. Custom orders may take 6-8 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your sofa ships.
You can return your sofa within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
Most sofas require minimal assembly - typically just attaching legs (takes 5-10 minutes). Sectionals require connecting pieces.
Measure all doorways, hallways, and stairwells before ordering. We recommend at least 32" clearance. Many of our sofas have removable legs and backs to ease delivery. Contact us before delivery if you have concerns.
We offer a lifetime warranty on frames, 1 year on cushions and mechanisms, and 1 year on fabrics. Normal wear and tear, stains, and accidental damage are not covered.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes may not be possible and cancellation fees may apply.
